👏 PHT is a great opportunity for Cabin crew aspirants to prove themselves worth the job. Indigo started this lovely concept to accommodate girls who have communication issues but are otherwise good to be a part of the onboard team. In PHT candidates are under training but not getting trained for the DGCA exams. It is a training program on communication skills,language fluency and stuff.This job demands highly interactive candidates,awesome social skills and English language expertise. Very very important to clear the assessments at this stage too because the reviews decide if a candidate will be taken in Cabin Crew training or not.
She must gear up and start working hard to learn well and perform even better!
